ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Rail coach Factory, Kapurthala is considered as one of the best manufacturing firm in entire Asia. The technology used here is most advanced. So training at R.C.F has been a great experience of my life. We are exposed to new and advanced technology and right kind of industrial atmosphere. I am highly thankful to Mr R.K Sharma ( Chief Instructor-TTC) to assist me with their knowledge and continuous help extended by them. At last but not the least I am very thankful to all my friends and fellow trainees for intending their corporation during the training period. Many employers regard this period as a chance to vet new employees for future employment. Students must make considerable effort and give sufficient thought into obtaining the most relevant and effective Industrial Training. Whilst difficult, it is desirable to obtain experience in a range of activities, such as e.g. design office, laboratory and on-site situations.
