I have done my industrial training in PHP from PACT Solutions and work on project i.e. TRAVEL SITE. I choose this project because now a days TRAVEL SITE is very demandable, every person want to enjoy his holidays in hill stations and another famous public places. This site is very useful for students because they can easly get the information about all the historical places if India and they can make the historical trips. This site is easy to use, user friendly and gives a lots of information about the historical places, Hills stations and other famous places of india . This site gives the complete guidance to the tourists for knowing the india’s historicals , hills stations and others famous places.This site gives also gives the map facility of particular places so , Travel site is the complete guide for Tourists.
· Tourism is travel for recreational, leisure or business purposes. The World Tourism Organization defines tourists as people "traveling to and staying in places outside their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business and other purposes".
· Key Features is to give complete information about the states and the cities of the India, which are good to see. Most of the people have hobby to go to new places. Our site provides complete information about the various places in India. We provide the various sites at various states of India.
· With general public access to the Internet, many airlines and other travel companies began to sell directly to passengers. As a consequence, airlines no longer needed to pay the commissions to travel agents on each ticket sold. Since 1997, travel agencies have gradually been disinterred mediated, by the reduction in costs caused by removing layers from the package holiday distribution network.
· In response, travel agencies have developed an internet presence of their own by creating travel websites, with detailed information and online booking capabilities. A travel agent may work for a travel agency or work freelance.
· With many people switching to self-service internet websites, the number of available jobs as travel agents is decreasing. Counteracting the decrease in jobs due to internet services is the increase in the number of people traveling.
