ABSTRACT

The microcontroller based coin operated prepaid electricity is the latest technology for distribution of electric power for avoid miss use of electricity, calculate work as per electricity used, paying guest houses, lodges & trains. It can be effectively used to operate to the equipment. Built on the lines of payphones, here is an automatic coin collection device for payloads like lamps and air-conditioners to be used on a private electrical line. It is useful for human being for paying guest houses, lodges and trains and also industrial field.


INTRODUCTION

The Microcontroller based put coin and draw power is latest technology for distribution of electric power for paying guest house, lodges and trains. It can be effectively used to operate to the equipments. Built on the lines of payphones, here is an automatic coin collection devise for pay loads like lamps and air-conditioners to be used on a private electrical line. This type of systems is not available in the market. Their ICS may not be easily available. Moreover, for simply functions. The system makes use of a sensor for detecting the coin and a microcontroller that counts the coins and shows the count on a 7-segment display; when you close the load switch provided in the circuit, the energize to connect the load and the coin count on display starts decrementing, When the count decrements to zero, the relay de-energize to disconnect the load



BLOCK DIAGRAM DISCRIPTION:

• The coin sensed & preset time first put a coin in box.
• It will sensed by sensor.
• It is consider as interrupt detected by timer NE556.
• Then it is counted by AT89C2051
• The R&C N/W will set the power on time.
• This count is given to a7- segment decoder &decoder decode it
• The no of count of coins will be displayed on 7-segment display.
• When you want power by pressing on button you will get power according to the coin sensed & preset time


CONCLUSION

By making this project “PUT COIN & DRAW ELECTRICITY” we can provide postpaid electricity as prepaid electricity just like concept of coin box. If we will do certain modification in this project then it can be very useful project for public general places such as lodges, trains, paying guest houses etc.
