I am currently working in SAURASHTRA CHEMICALS division of NIRMA LIMITED, PORBANDAR (GUJARAT) as an INSTRUMENT ENGINEER from 30 may 2011 to till date.
I completed my apprenticeship training in DCM SHRIRAM CONSOLIDATED LTD., Unit Shriram Alkali & Chemicals, Jhagadia, Bharuch (Gujarat) from 9 sept2010 to 28 may2011.
Job Profile
Regular preventive and breakdown maintenance attended.
Regular Calibration of transmitter, gas analyzer, control valve, level switch.
Interpretation Logic Diagrams and Wiring diagrams.
Industrial automation (PLC/SCADA/DCS) handling.
Development, editing and configuration in DCS.
PLC, DCS control panel loop checking.
Responsible for maintenance of 2X120 TPH BOILERS
And 2X 12.5 MW TURBINES
Vibration Monitoring System Bentley Nevada 3500 series.
Turbine governor speed control system WOODWARD 505 V2.06.
Lime-kiln operating, controlling and maintenance.
-Maintain temp., air flow, material level, air pressure, gas of kiln.
To effectively handle the maintenance activities of Plant‘s Instrumentation.
- Proxy, limit switch, level switch, pressure switch, I/P converter, transducer.
- Actuator, Motorized damper, control valve, Load cell all type of transmitter etc.
- Ultrasonic, gamma rays level detectors, site glass, float type level.
- Magnetic flow meter, ultrasonic flow meter, Rota meter, orifice flow.
- Pressure manometer, Diaphragms, piezoelectric pressure transducer.
- Thermocouple, RTD, Temp. Gauge.
Hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid actuator system maintenance.
Instrument calibration with HART calibrator (DRUK DPI-620).

• GRADUATION DETAILS:
I have passed my B.TECH. In INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL branch from IET, Bundelkhand University (Jhansi) with 71.1% aggregate, in 2010.
• UNDERGRADUATION DETAILS:
H.S.C passed with 67.80% in 2005, from DSSM Inter College Kasimpur, Aligarh under U.P Board.
S.S.C passed with 60.4% in 2003, from DSHSS Kasimpur, Aligarh under U.P. Board.
