SYNOPSIS
A Mechanical Graduate engineer (B.Tech, Mechanical) with 7 years of experience in project, Erection, Alignment &commissioning of Steel Plant with major exposure to Continuous Galvanizing Line, Bell Annealing Furnace &Finishing Lines of Cold Rolling Complex.
At present working as Sr. Engineer for a project having worth 150 Crores of Hot Dip Galvanizing Line (Strip Processing line) in 1.2 MT cold rolling mill complex of BSL (SAIL), looking after all coordination activities of the site like delivery & storage of equipment’s, Inspection & Erection of the equipment like ROTARY &
STATIC EQUIPMENTS.
Erection & commissioning & activities related to client, vendors, contractors & handling all techno- commercial issues.
Fabrication Operations: Studying drawings, plans or patterns of the structures to be made or repaired as per requirements
Eliminating redundant / obsolete processes involved in the design, development processes and working towards value-addition.
Fabrication of Steel Structure like column, staircase, platform, ladder, connecting support, Trusses crane girder.
Site & Construction Management: Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.
Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project.
Erection: All Rotary & Static Equipment Testing, and Commissioning of Annealing & Pickling Line including pipe line job in CRM inside Salem Steel Plant.
Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of 900mm dia. MS Piping for Clarified water line in Zone-1, Zone-2 & Zone-3 including Non Distractive Test(NDT) inside TATA STEEL PLANT under 3 MTPA Expansion Plan.
Worked around different ducting connecters with chimney in Annealing Furnace.
Different type piping job handling in BBP Project & Erection of Rotary & Static Equipment like BOOSTER, COMPRESSOR, DG Set etc. & Static Equipment.
Equipment erection of BBP Project Handling from PCDC area to BOOSTER area for boosting clean CO-gas from Main header line.
Overall quality control aspects of processing facilities Like Rolling Mill, CGL, Annealing furnaces, Skin pass and finishing line.
