Position: - Mechanical Design Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
• Working with the Design & Development department ensuring a successful product development process responding to specific customer requirements.
• Produced new drawings and updated the old drawing files according to BS8888 using CAD packages.
• To produce the BOM, CE documentation and the parts details for the Surface Finishing machines.
• Checking project updates, day to day report and meetings on the progress of the project.
• Vendor development for the metal cutting and sheet metal fabrication works.
• Working on the several projects for upgrading the old machines Vibratory machines with new high energy centrifugal machines.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Active member for maintaining 5S in the company.
Increased production with different Kaizen activities.
Designed rubber extruder head.
Costs saving by removing tear beads in model K (Maruti Suzuki swift).
Increased production by designing multicavity die instead single cavity.
Renault door seals designing.
