2 Witness of non destructive testing (RT,UT,PT and MPT)
3 Responsible for monitoring the proper implementation of approved WPS and application of approved Inspection test plan.
4 Familiarity with applicable codes
5 Such as API -1104,
6 ASME Sec IX
7 ASME B 31.3 .
8 Responsible for preparation of all QC report relating for main line welding.
9 Responsible for planning and arranging availability of required Consumable material (Electrode, portable ovens, etc) at site for smooth running of welding and related activities.
10 Maintain proper co-ordination with concern department such as planning, inventory and site execution.
Academic and Technical Qualification:
1 Diploma in Mechanical engineering with first division (2008-2011).
2 Certified NDT Level-II inspector as per SNTC-TC-1A in RT,UT,PT and MPT.
3 One year Diploma in Welding Processes (TIG and MIG) from Industrial training Institute, Sundernagar, Himachal with 68% in 2011.
4 Senior secondary from HP board Himachal in March’2007
5 Matriculation from HP board Himachal in March’2005.
6 B.A from IGNOU.
7 Persuing B.tech.(Mechanical) from R.V.D.
