Abstracts: We are doing our project in Mascot Pump Ltd. The main production of this company is a different size of submersible pumps set.the company has a different range of V3 to V8 pump sets. We have discover the different problems in company related to submersible pump set. Several problem like overheating in motor winding of pump,shaft vibration ,misalignment of rotor shaft and so on. Due to overheating of motor winding in pump the whole motor can be fail and it consequently affect the pump. A cooling system can be the best approach solution for the overheat of pump. So we are working on this overheating problems and we also work on vibration of pump simultaneously.
