Abstracts: Twisted metal plates are used in monolithic, ceramic and brick refractory lining anchors. This refractory anchors are used to support the refractory linings. The objective of project is to design, analysis and fabrication of Metal Plate Twisting Machine. In this project, data collection will be done then design of the machine will be evaluated, after that CAD model of the machine will be prepared and on that CAD model FEA analysis will be done. After that fabrication of the machine will be done.
