The Gist of the project is �Process Improvement�.We use 5S in this project. This is a systematic and rational approach to workplace, organization and methodical housekeeping with a sense of purpose.5S contains following:- SEIRI - Sorting SEITON - Systematic Arrangement SEISO - Cleaning SEIKETSU - Standardization SHITSUKE - Disciplined Behavior In which I also introduce �Work Study� in the company.�Time Study� and 5�S� in the company.Which all helps to improve the process, saves time, increase the profit of Worker as well as of the company.This project will help us to know how to control the production with profit.The method study help us to find out the best standard method from all. The method is increase the production rate and profit . And Workstudy help us to know the standard time to achieve the goals at standard time. Aim of our Organization
We aim at earning higher reliability in market as an integrated automotive components manufacturer and exporter. Our company also aims to meet the challenges in the revolutionizing automobile industry. Moreover, delivery of quality components within scheduled time is also one of the mottos of our company.
Infrastructure
Infrastructural Set Up & Team
Our strong infrastructural set up and team of experts lay strong foundation stone of our company. For better engineered products we have several units like forging unit, heat treatment unit, electroplating unit and many more that are equipped with latest machineries like precision grinding machine, induction hardening machines, surface grinders, special purpose machine, etc. Entire activities such as designing, molding, etc. are undertaken in our in-house manufacturing unit which makes use of the latest in technology under the vigilance of industry experts. The manpower of our organization comprises of automobile engineers, quality controllers, other industry technocrats and pool of diligent workers. The personnel department holds extensive industry experience. The apt co-ordination in various departments is a key component in the progress of our company. The blend of precision manufacturing equipments and our highly trained team, represent our commitment to deliver quality proven components used in automobile industry.

The prime concern of our organization is the delivery of quality automotive components. Hence, we have drafted an impressive quality check policy to deliver automotive spare parts of international standards. Inspection of products in terms of durability and dependability are ingrained in our quality check regime. We have modern laboratory collared with latest equipment to ensure that only quality components are delivered to customers. Various tests are conducted to evaluate the consistency, physical strength, size accuracy, etc. of the spare parts. Quality controllers assure that components are in conformance to international standards.

7.1 OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING
1. It develops the practical and communication skills/competencies of trainees.
2. It provides a nation-wide mechanism to address key skill demand.
3. It provides to the trainee background information and experience in career choice.
4. To get a feel of the work environment.
5. To expose the students to future employers as well as to introducethe Industrial Training Program available within Curtin Universityof Technology.
6. With all the experience and knowledge acquired, it is hoped at the students will able to
choose appropriate work upon graduation.
