Abstracts: The IDP is Nozzle Designing of Pastillation of Sulphur. Nozzle is required to conduct Sulphur Particles from Sulphur liquid. It is Fixed Nozzle in pastillation process. The aim is designing and Analysis of Nozzle designing for sulphur particles due to the problem of nozzle blockage after some period of time and loss the sulphur particles and Cost is very high to repair it again and again. The project is based on the designing of Nozzle used in pastillation process. The nozzle in this process is used to create sulphur particles from sulphur thick liquid. Right Now in market there is already a nozzle for sulphur pastillation but there are lots of disadvantages and problems caused by that nozzle. So that problem need to be solved for effective and continues process. In project the aim is to change the design of that nozzle and try to remove all problems caused by it. So the process of pastillation continues to smooth process of sulphur particles.
