Abstracts: This is a four chuck drilling machine.In this four chuck drilling machine the main object is s.s ring. Circulating hole on the s.s ring by four chuck drilling machine, generally it is used in cattle feed, guar gum, psyllium, flour mill, cereal grain, seeds, size reduction and air attrition mill. This is statically direction. They have one basic problem in manufacturing of s .s ring and their Production rate is low due to less drilling operation in more time required for drill one s .s ring and less accuracy to make hole. So analysis that and we decided to working on adding extra drill jack working use of steeper motor with radial motion of the object and making change machine design.
