Abstracts: Now a days almost Industries are operated in manual way which are Time consuming and lengthy plus not so efficient method whereas in industrial operation in automatic manner is most efficient and regulated using Programmable Logic Controllers, Supervisory Control and Data Aquisition (SCADA),and GSM. The purpose of INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION is to provide more efficient way to regulate and control the Industry using PLC and GSM. As the demand of Automation is increasing day by day this is useful for many Industries which were manually operated. In our project we are going to implement GSM Through which we know about the status of parameters of Boilers and thus we can take neccessory action with the use of PLC. Second Boiler is used for Back-up. Programmable Logic Controller is used to control the Conveyor Belt mechanism, Bottle Filling system and also for the Pipe leackage detection. The overall controlling of the Industry is done by PLC and SCADA
