Abstracts: Automation is delegation of human control function to technical equipment for increasing productivity, batter quality, and increase safety in working condition, reducing manpower and reducing the cost too. With this project we are going to make the automatic system through which the required color will be produced in required quantity. In this project the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) as well as Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is also going to be used. It should also contain some basic power electronics devices like motors, displays and sensors. As per the devices used in this project we can conclude it as a mix-up of industrial automation with power electronics engineering. We have our belief on it that this project should help the industry by forming a new futuristic automation system for paint, food, milk and beverage industry.
