Worked in INDU PLANT SERVICES PVT LTD. at JSW STEEL LTD. site Bellary Karnataka from January 2012 to aug 2013.
Present Status
Working in Indu Plant Services pvt. Ltd. at JSW Ispat site dolvi Mumbai Maharastra from sep 2013 to till now

site- coal and coke route). Total experience :2.6 years
SPECIALIZATION
Coal and cokeHandling
Coordinating with workers related to coal crushing, Coal moisture and maintaining as per requirement .
Confirm coal blending and material feed rate in weigh feeders
Procurement and maintaining of spares for regular maintenance of Coal Conveyors and Coal Crushers (Hammer Mill)
Continuous monitoring of stamp charging system and maintaining the pressure based on the coal cake making process
Drop test of coal to determine the proper functioning of weigh feeders.
Also operate route from DCS.
Preparation of shift schedule, preventive and break down maintenance to carry out the same time to time.
Maintaining proper moisture in coke and flow of coke on conveyor belt.
Taking necessary action in handling of coke conveyor system.
Proper size maintaining of coke after cutting as per requirement.
Continuous monitoring of primary and secondary screen
Take necessary action if any problem in coke handling system in daily maintenance schedule.
Procurement and maintaining of spares for regular maintenance of coke cutter and Double deck Screening Machine
Observation of Daily Report
Work towards ‘0’ maintenance goal.
Declaration of Daily Maintenance time based on the pushing sequence
Check Staff & Workmen Availability.
