Abstracts: Cooling tower is generally use in industry for cooling the water, which are coming from the different parts of the equipment which are use in production of the product. During the any process, the parts of the accessories which are use in the process are become hot. So to cold down that accessories there are water circulating are provided. So this water take its heat and became hot. To re use this water it is necessary to cooled down this water. So this water sent to the cooling tower to cool down. There are different types of bacteria and fungus in the water, which causes the corrosion and some other problems in the equipment. So that there are chances to be the accident or reduce in the accuracy in production of the product. So, to prevent this type problem the chlorination systems are use. By using the chlorinated water in equipment we can reduce that type problem and increase the life of equipment. During the chlorination process the Vacuum Ejector is currently used in industry which gives the high pressure drop and low vacuum so we are more concentrating to reduce low pressure drop & create high vacuum in system by re designing the vacuum ejector.
