My long-term objective is to become a successful Chemical Engineer and to reach the zenith of the industry and excel in whichever field I work with and to secure a post which can be a valuable asset of the organization.

• B.Tech Chemical Engineering graduate with 1 yearexperience inTechnical services,manufacturing &Production Planning in the Pharma sector In MYLAN Laboratories limited.
• Hands on experience in setting up and trouble shooting in a newly erected plant
• Expert in Particle size distribution(PSD) trouble shooting.
• Experience in solvent recovery & PD lab.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED:
Cost Reduction of Existing products:
• Process de-bottlenecking for yield, quality and capacity improvement.
• Technical support, problem solving and fault finding on production issues
• Review and improve yield and cycle times.
• Providingbetter equipments for unit operations with payback analysis.
• Identifying possibilities for solvents recovery and Establishment procedure for solvent recoveryusage in the process.
EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:
Reactors (SS-316, MSGL), Various types of filtration equipment’s such as Centrifuges, Pressurefilters, Rotary and hydraulic pressure filters, Leaf filters, Sparkler filters, ANFDetc., dryers such as TD, VTD, RCVD, FBD, ATFD, Spray & Spherical dryer, Size reduction equipment’s such as Multimill, CAD mill, Sifter, Pulverizerand Air Jet Mill etc. and hands on exposure in handling of pyrophoric liquid chemicals and Reaction Calorimeter.
TRAININGS ATTENDED:
• HAZOP study.
• Training on Leadership Essentials.
• Training on cGMP.
