Abstracts: To Reduce the Production time or Lead time of Connecting rod with help of Techniques of Work Measurement methods like stop watch time study and analyzing the data so as to obtain the time necessary for carrying out the job at a defined level of performance and to improve procedure of production of connecting rod and also to achieve optimum time of production. And also to reduce Distance of traveling with help of Recording Techniques like Flow process Chart (Material type). We use of this method for reduce material handling, reduce Delay, exact path flow of job and to implement plant layout of department.
