Abstracts: To detect the casting defects which are produce in sand casting process of cast iron for parts in foundary. Behind the rejection, responsible defects are mold shift, porosity, cold shut etc. For the control of rejection rate consider control parameters are pouring time, mould design, pattern design. After analyze all considerable factor and find out the real responsible factor which should be affect the quality of casting and remove it and getting maximum output.
