Abstracts: Now a day due to various properties of gear is very necessary in industry.if we focused on fatigue life of gear if it is improve suddnlyefeect on the in hardness ,ductility internal properties and load carring capacity and surface life of gear. with used of the coating we can solve this problem. Fatigue damage increases with applied load cycles in a cumulative manner. Cumulative fatigue damage analysis plays a key role in life prediction of components and structures subjected to field load histories. Comparision of two gear with coated and uncoated gear. And cost analysis of coating can be done on the gear.many lubricant used for the coating
