Abstracts: This project is a web base tender management program for the control of various tender postings, modification and suppliers management. The online system provides information about all aspects of procurement for the state government; including vendor/supplier registration, tender preparation, tender upload, and tender document purchase. Publicly-available aspects include information relating to tender notices. The main objective purpose behind introduction of electronic tendering/procurement was to improve the transparency of the tendering process, and to bring the benefits of Internet connectivity: anytime/anywhere access for those connected, and improved efficiency of transparency. The operator processes citizen’s request and issues necessary license or receipts instantly. Thus, it has proved to be a “ONE SPOT- NON STOP” tool to facilitate the citizens. Moreover, MC has also endeavoured that a Citizen need not come to the Municipal Office for paying any fee/ taxes or register any complain which he can do through net/cyber cafe. 24-hour remote access to MC transactions/services / information will developed by us.
