Abstracts: Vardhman Vitrified Pvt. Ltd. Company has required a system that maintains its stock in godown. Stock management system includes different sized and different type of vitrified tiles having unique serial number. This system is of overall production of tiles, dispatch of tiles and finally maintains the overall stock. The stock maintenance is the main process by which the stock is to be controlled when production or selling of products is to be done. Their current system is not so user friendly and not GUI based. In this system, one can see the stock in order of weekly, monthly in terms of production, dispatch or final stock. One can see the details of the tile having unique serial number. If they want to vary the size of tiles then system must be able to add that size into the database.
