Abstracts: GOPAL SNACKS is the one of the most famous company of "Frymus" and "Snacks" in whole India especially in Gujarat and established in 1960 with a small shop of farsan at the bhadra village of the Rajkot district. GOPAL SNACKS is a fast growing Manufacturer and Exporter of frymus and snacks. Dealer management system (DMS) is the project to facilitate company manager to manage order, process and dispatch order details of Gopal Snacks Pvt. Ltd. At GIDC, Metoda. Presently they have only one way to manage dealers and their respective orders by using an android application which works on sms gateway. As per the company requirement, this system is not efficient enough to manage the flow of incoming orders because the company can only provide their product to a certain amount of dealers per day. System provides functionality to manage the flow of daily orders and a total dealer management system(DMS) on their website. As the company also needs to update their website as there are many flaws in it. There will be three types of users- Admin, Dealers and Walk-In users. According to their rights they can access the system. Admin also adds new dealer as per requirement & gives authority to new/existing dealer to place order and view their portfolio & also updates the authority.
