Abstracts: The Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) controls start with an understanding of the building and the use of the space to be conditioned and controlled. A proper environment is controlled with some parameters such as Temperature, Pressure, Humidity, and Ventilation. Basically HVAC works on cooling cycle. Typically central systems have complex control sequences but have lower operating cost.
