If customer is not satisfied than any business will not reach enough height of they accepted. Today most of customer is not satisfied about services, quotation, appointment, invoice and online payment confirmation. So they found lots of suffering from company. Customer always want put new projects, request for appointment but due to busy schedule of company’s owner will not provide enough attention to him due to this they found lots problem and also they think company will ignore them. Some time he can pay payment online but not time is enough they will not found invoice detail. Customer will want prepare to develop new project for future use. They discuss by phone but by phone nobody can give enough detail for project detail so due to this not enough detail company will not start to develop project on time or may found lots of fault on the project.
