Abstracts: “Stock exchange” is being developed by me for a client of Sai management & educational services. A stock exchange is a form of exchange which provides services for stock brokers and traders to trade stocks, bonds, and other securities. Stock exchanges also provide facilities for issue and redemption of securities and other financial instruments, and capital events including the payment of income and dividends. Securities traded on a stock exchange include shares issued by companies, unit trusts, derivatives, pooled investment products and bonds. This application is provide company’s important news, result and regular graph of stoke last result, sensex result and many other thing. • chat module , sms module and online registration from to provide facility of online share purchase or online share sale. And online payment from client’s account and gone sms to client which display current balance in own account. Using chat module client get all information about company and shareholder. When any client does not visit any stoke website and regularly at that time as solution, when stoke market is closed last share price's sms gone to client. • This application provide the SMS module to provide information aout the stock market's current position. If user wants to purchase or sale the share then he/she can do directly through his/her account in this application.
