Abstracts: Production Management system is the very supportable system as all the transaction provides the effective and the efficient management of the Company Software. Here the basic operations are enhanced with other operations such as Bill generation and Transactions Payment using Ajax control. For a large company the management of entire production system is not the easy task so the software helps them to deal a multiple task with the seconds. Tracking of all the journey and Manufacturing the order goods becomes the easier to manage. The cycle starts with the point the customer order is placed, the raw material is brought, the finished product is generated, the product is the dispatched to client . While in this cycle the other factors are also included as the employee place the inquiry regarding the raw material to supplier, supplier provide the quotation to employee then admin comes to the picture where without his authorization none of the transaction is fulfilled thus he grants the quotation and then the supplier sent the raw material. Once the raw material is acquired the finished goods are generated out of it. Payment is also processed by the admin to supplier. There are other several actors which is considered as complains are registered for inconvenience through supplier, employee and client and compulsory feedback to provided to every respective individual also the bill is generated at the end of the transactions. As the software Provides above described facility it also describes additional facility such as Automatic reordering system, Annual bill generation to manipulate profit and loss, Double inventory system and Barcode scanning system.
