Abstracts: • This Application will allow any organization that requires employee or vendor time to be collected for costing, billing or other purposes an easy and complete method for doing so. Additionally all data from the Time Collector will be exported a made available on an externally accessible database. • This can be used for internal time tracking use, project costs and analysis, project billing, payroll time and employee vacation and personal time tracking. • The Application will allow the entry of project information and project time estimates, time entry for all users using several forms based on need or desire, complete reporting, approval and billing summaries. • The Time Collector is part of a set of tightly integrated products that assist a company in project costs and efforts. Expense Collector is a product that allows the tracking of estimated costs and actual expenses for a project.
