Abstracts: Supply Chain Management is a set of synchronized decision & activities, utilized to effectively integrate suppliers, transporters, warehouses, retailers & customers so that the right product or service is distributed at the right quantities, to the proper locations & at the appropriate time, in order to minimize system wide costs while satisfying customer service level requirements. The management of the supply chain and the roles of various factors involved differ from industry to industry and company to company. In this software the information are stored in the database, which prepare reports when asked, and a very reliable front-end structure with GUI property to make the user understand and work in a right way. Successful SCM requires a change from managing individual functions to integrating activities into key supply chain processes. The key supply chain processes stated are: • Customer relationship management • Customer service management • Demand management style • Order fulfillment • Supplier relationship management
