Abstracts: The accomplishment of any project is never an individual effort in isolation; rather it is a collective effort in a co-operative environment that involves direct as well as indirect contribution from many persons. Therefore, we acknowledge here our debt to those who have contributed significantly to this project. It gives us great pleasure to present this project; our project is about the web based recruitment process can be used in internal recruitment process.This process is designed to automated the internal recruitment process & which make it transparent & central for company users. Any teamleader can initiate job post, all employees can get mail of it.Employee can view the job post & upload the resume of candidate. Teamleader can select the candidate & sortlist them for interview.Teamleader can also generate question paper & answer sheet using this process. He can also enter marks/remarks of candidate into this process in result page. This process also includes a page for history, from where admin can watch all activities of all employee. Using this process network admin can generate one mail for required resources, which is automatically send to respected department. Recruitment Process simplify and reduce the time of Internal recruitment process,and also saves HR time, Which is time consuming, less interactive, less expensive.
