Abstracts: ZERA SYSTEM SOFTWARE is the desktop Application that will manage the entire activities of the “ZERA India Pvt. Ltd” company. Zera System Software an application that will include all the processes Like Production management, Inquiry Management as well as New Orders and Products management with different categories. The “Zera System Software” will help the company to save their time. with this software the company can register the customer complain automatically . After collecting Applications all the process/work done on the paper or in excel sheet sometimes, and it is too difficult to manage and maintain all the papers in efficient way till the Application has been closed. Mainly for this drawback we choose this project for our UDP Project in GTU 2013-2014.
