Abstracts: It is web based application that gives opportunity to employees who are working in the company. In earlier time, we used paper work for any particular task but now-a-days the work is done on computers so, time is saved but the current system is not providing all the functionalities to who are working in the company. They can’t manage a job means their work project and detailed description of work project. So through our job-note system ,all users of company send their research project to different departments where department co-ordinator give response by approving or rejecting it. Every Department co-ordinator assign a job work to employee working under that department . When any users fill up the research form or job note form and submitted to their co-ordinator ,the co-ordinator check it then give a reply to that particular user.
