Job Responsibility:
• Overall responsibility of prioritizing the materials to be manufactured.
• Act as first level approval for monthly production plan and approval for daily production plan.
• Decide delivery date along with HOD's of marketing and purchase department for crucial orders.
• Review of weekly actual v/s production to meet monthly targets.
• Suggest measures to improve productivity in operations.
• Doing root cause analysis for reason if monthly production target are not met.
• Ensure that plant and machineries are maintained and optimally utilized.
• Conduct root cause analysis for frequent breakdowns and underutilized machines.
• Handling client and potential clients visit to shop floor.
• Technical discussion with third party like AKPG, Udhe, Shroff & associated, Mecon, TUV.
• Shop floor visits to ensure smooth flowing of work.
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Coordination with Q.C. in order to achieve quality Product.
• Conduct manpower planning and ensure optimum utilization of manpower for site work.
• Ensure smooth flowing work at site and also making site visits.
• Authorize deputing people for site work.
• Ensure that safety procedures are being followed.
• To take all steps necessary to ensure adherence to safety policy.
• Ensure workable environment on the shop floor.
• Ensure all the ISO procedures are followed and records maintain accordingly.
• Review of annual repair and maintenance plan.
• Taking up any other work as assigned by the Seniors from time to time

CAUSTIC SODA, KENYA (2006) - Successfully completed erection and commissioning of Cyclone separator system after boiler in caustic soda.
TATA TIN PLATE COMPANY, JAMSHEDPUR (2006) - Successfully completed erection and commissioning of fume exhausts scrubbing system of HCL for Sheet pickling.
BIRLA CELLULOSIC, KOSAMBA (2007)- Successfully installed Pipe / Fittings , ducting, blower for their line-3,4 spin machine, auxiliary, chaina filter, after treatment and ETP as per client approved drawing.
TATA BP SOLAR, BANGALORE (2008) - Erection & commissioning of fume exhaust scrubbing system of NH3,Cl2,Solvent & NOx for cleaning room is consisting of Scrubbers, blower, ducting, stack, piping, electrical, instrumentation & support structure etc.
EXIDE INDUSTRIES LTD, TALOJA & BAWAL(2009, 2011)- Erection & commissioning of fume exhaust scrubbing system of H2So4 for plate forming circuit and jar formation charging is consisting of Scrubbers, blower, ducting, stack, piping, electrical, instrumentation ,hood & support structure etc.
GUJARATE NARMODA AND FERTILIZER COMPANY, DAHEJ (2013) - Coordination of Erection & commissioning of fume exhaust scrubbing system of Cl2 gas for hypo generation is consisting of Scrubbers, blower, ducting, stack, piping & support structure etc.
GRASIM ADITYA BIRLA, VILAYAT (2013)- Successfully installed Pipe / Fittings , ducting, blower, scrubber for their line-1,2,3,4 spin machine, auxiliary, chaina filter,So2 Genosorb, Hypo line, after treatment and ETP as per client approved drawing.
