Abstracts: The scope of this project is to determine and compare the strength Properties of concrete by using different percentage (50% and 100%) of recycled aggregates, also compare the economy. Recycled Aggregate Concrete is made from concrete waste produced; it’s done by reusing the aggregates in new concrete. A comparative analysis of the experimental results of the properties of fresh and hardened concrete with different replacement ratios of natural with recycled aggregates and Economy comparison is presented in this project. Recycled aggregate are segregated by crushing waste concrete of laboratory test cubes, sieved and used for new concrete preparation and results are analyzed. The results so obtained clearly suggest that the compressive strength we got was up to the mark of the strength criteria, , it is necessary to secure a suitable balance between 1) safety and quality, 2) cost-effectiveness, and 3) environmental impact. Henceforth, the all three factors were obtained in coordination and in equilibrium with each other. The aggregates can be recycled to the optimum quality on the users’ point of view and can be durable. We observed a decrease in strength of concrete at about Maximum 5 - 7 % (which in negligible) then the use of virgin aggregates in the Fresh and Hardened concrete, which can further be improved by some economical cement lumps (water absorbed cement on sites which are waste) powdered to 75 Micron as admixture dosage, the dosage was taken at trial bases for 10%, 20% & 30% Replacement and optimum was decided. The project is in view of usage in India keeping in view the recent development in India.
