Abstracts: Recycled Aggregate Concrete is a concrete made from the concrete waste produced (RCC or Other forms), it’s done by reusing the aggregates in the new concrete. A comparative analysis of the experimental results of the properties of fresh and hardened concrete with different replacement ratios of natural with recycled coarse aggregate is presented in the project. Recycled aggregate are segregated by crushing the waste concrete of laboratory test cubes (By use of hammer. In this work Normal aggregate concrete (NAC) with and without fly ash (35%) will be compared with Recycled Aggregate Concrete (RAC, 50 % and 100 % Replacement) with fly ash (35 %).The scope of this project is to determine and compare the strength Properties of concrete by using different percentage (50% and 100%) of recycled aggregates, also compare the economy. From the research work till now we have concluded the recycling of aggregate is a site of concern in regards to the civil engineering side, more the 25 billion tons of concrete is being produced yearly all over the world, hence the use of aggregate has also increase, which arises the need of Recycling of the concrete aggregates.
