Abstracts: At the time of drilling operation of the boiler plates, there are multiple type tool is used of different diameters. Then we are used another tool replace of the all type of drilling tool called hollow cylindrical drilling tool. For the use of this tool we can reduce the cost of the whole process of drilling and easily drill done with the high accuracy. Main advantage of the use of this tool is less time required as compare to the use of different types of drilling tool. It is also reduces the labour cost. The wastage circular plate can be used in manufacturing of other boiler accessories like, Boiler pressure header,valves,knobs etc. and it scrap sell we can get high value as specified rate of its plates in IBR. For the use of this tool we also save electricity. In this project we analysis time ,remove material ,labor cost ,accuracy ,saving electricity ,drilling tool parameter etc.
