Abstracts: Due to the depletion of fossil fuel, worldwide research is going on to find the alternative of fossil fuel. Here our experiment will conduct an analysis of ethanol blended gasoline in single cylinder as well as in four cylinder spark ignition engine with using various blending with and without additives. Experiment procedure will measure performance parameter like brake power (BP), indicated power (IP), fuel consumption, specific fuel consumption, thermal efficiency, mechanical efficiency etc., and emission analysis using gas analyzer and measure emission parameters like CO, CO2, NOx etc. Comparative analysis of performance parameters and emission parameters of gasoline engine are made using conventional gasoline, ethanol blend gasoline with and without additives.The performance of engine reduces marginally whereas emission parameters decreases drastically.
