Abstracts: The aim of the project is to design, fabrication and analysis of the water jet cutting machine. Water jet cutting is a method of cutting material using a jet of water flow from a high pressure pump, through plumbing and out from a jewel nozzle with tiny openings. Material commonly cut with water jet include rubber, foam, plastics, composites, paper and much more. We can cut the material up to 5 mm thickness using multi-pass operation with the help of high velocity jet of water. In this project work using high pressure up to 90 bar to 140 bars. This remarkable water jet bears considerable amount of energy which turns into forces for cutting, scaring, trimming, slicing, slitting and cleaning as well. Water jet cutting systems are the world’s most versatile machine tools. It is more beneficial and cost effective than traditional technologies such as laser, plasma, EDM wire cut, etc.
