Abstracts: This specification document description the capability that will provide by Windows Application “Auto Garage Workshop Management System”. It also states the various required constraints the system will abide. Auto garage workshop management system is a application that is profitable for customer service. The goal of the system is to have fully computerized auto garage system. This system will enable to maintain information in database. It provides a platform for customer to know total billing cost, before they register their vehicle for repair. The employee can check in the database for the available products in the store. In case of unavailability he can order the supplier for the required product, and pay the supplier .All this action done without help of the any paper work. Auto garage function include customer details, supplier details, manufacture detail, product detail, employee detail, purchase detail and billing information. It provides add, delete, and update operation in the respective records.
