Abstracts: One primary aim of this project is to develop a next generation online educational platform –ABCL-“Any Body Can Learn”. The platform should allow everybody to log in the system, collect their learning materials, and discuss with their classmates, doing online discussion. The major advantage is that, the entire things process is real-time and online, which means the anyone can study everywhere. Thought the use of advanced web technology, the administrator can add a new module to the system to provide an extra function (Plug-and-Play modules) without upgrading the entire system. The multi theme (User interface) and multi-language design allow different national people using the same system without the problem on language.
