Abstracts: This IDP is on Online Patient Management System. The application is named as “SADBHAVNA ONLINE PATIENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. This IDP is under “SADBHAVNA MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTER AND HOSPITAL”. The current system is targeted to computerize the medical records and medical history. With the acceptance of the current system we can move forward towards the newer technological systems which decrease the paperwork, effort and time. Hence the resources will be saved and it can also be considered as a step towards eco-friendly approach. The application will be made using PHP and MYSQL.
