Abstracts: Most of Casting industries are manufacturing of product by sand casting process in which they are facing various type of defects like blow hole, shrinkage, scab ,hot tear etc. By occurring this type of defects result is decrease profit and increase rejection rate of product. Blow hole is major defect in sand casting process. So analysis of blow hole has been carried out understand the reasons for defects occurrence and determine value of fluid parameter. outcome of problem is that reduction of rejection rate of product as well as defect.
