Abstracts: Six Sigma provides an effective mechanism to focus on customer requirements, through improvement of process quality. In Tripcon Engg Pvt. Ltd.,Anand,Gujarat Six Sigma projects are being carried out with the objective of Improvement of the Quality Consistency For 80mm Roller, through product quality and in-process quality. This project describes the application of the Six Sigma methodology comprising the five phases –Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. This project includes these phases to improve quality of the product and demonstrate benefit attained.
