Abstracts: One of the main factors in O.E.E decrement is the unloading and loading of jobs in the turning and hobbing operations. The fixtures are the important components in the loading of jobs for requiring geometric and dimensional accuracy. But the design and the method of assembling is more time consuming and cumbersome.
