Abstracts: Various measure adapted to rehabilitation of a bridge superstructure which was severely damaged with bearings in tilted position are describe in this project. Analysis of distress diagnosis and retrofitting techniques used for different components of the bridge superstructure and bearing . The work on lifting and replacement of bearings of distressed span has been given a special emphasis and explained with methodology of works in this project.
