from Dec..2010 to till date. Handling (Purolator India Ltd.) Mahle Filter Systems India
Ltd. (RMS) Warehouse at Parwanoo (H.P.)


JOB PROFILE / RESPONSIBLITIES :-

 Receiving and Physical Verification of all incoming material.
 Preparing GRN of all Incoming material in ERP/ SAP
 Intimation to concerned department on priority basis for their material received by Inventory.
 Ensure all material shifted their designated area with proper identification.
 Process to get approval of GRN from concerned Department.
 All GRN sent to Account department and follow up pendency from Account department.
 Ensure free flow of all Material to Production.
 Ensure Good House keeping of RM, & SPARE PARTS
 Issuing material (RM) as per S.O.P.(With FIFO / LIFO method)
 Punched Indents in ERP/Sap received from all department.
 Follow up with Commercial department for pendencies.
 Physical verification on monthly basis and review of Slow moving / dead stock.
 Documentation related to Inventory Control.
 To Co-ordination and Co-operation with all Concerned Department.

 Strong skill in helping others with problem solving in both work and non-work situations.
 Ability to provide training to juniors.
