Abstracts: This project developed for the users to produce compressed air using vehicle suspension. When the vehicle is running, the suspension will be moved up and down according to the irregularity of the road surface. The up and down movement of the suspension can be used to produce the compressed air. Firstly design the air pump and air tank. The pump is connected with the two suspensors so that when the suspensors are moved up and down, the piston of the pump also will move up and down accordingly. A one way valve is connected with the pump so that the air will be rushed towards one direction and not in opposite direction. Thus it produces compressed air. A cylinder is connected with the pumps via air tube. The compressed air produced in the pump is stored in the cylinder. Thus the pressure inside the cylinder will be increased. This stored air can be used in the various applications in the vehicles. In this project there is a 3D modeling of compressed air production with suspension system using Creo software. We are collecting air in cylinder and store this energy to the compressor tank as non-conventional method by simply driving the vehicle. Non-conventional energy of the system is very essential at this time to our nation. Compressed air production using vehicle suspensor needs no fuel input power to produce the output of the air. Designing an air storage tank for 150 psi is applicable to various automobile applications like air brake system, wiper application. For this project the conversion of the force energy in to air. The control mechanism carries the air cylinder (vehicle suspensor), quick exhaust valve, Non-return valve and spring arrangement. We have discussed the various applications and further extension.
