Abstracts: Agriculture is base of any country. Before industrial revolution labour wasworking in the farm but after industrial revolution there is a big gap of labour in agriculture sector. So due to labour problem crop is going to loss and season become late and so farmer is not getting enough output then suddenly it is affect to the human life because of less production the prize of the crop is more and for That we have to pay more Our major focus is on garlic after plantation of garlic when the crop get mature it is required to harvest by machine or labour but then what happen due to the dryness of garlic 30% crop remain in the soil.so once again ploughing is required and then it is collected by human effort but that is a problem .because if labour is not available then how to collect it and if we found a labour then situation become “? ? ? ?”.
