Abstracts: In recent years, the ceramic industry suffers from poor accuracy and productivity due to the large number of defects. Due to some process-parameters industry has been confronted not only with technical requirements such as load carrying capacity, economic pressure through exploding prices for raw material and energy but also with product accuracy. Nowadays buyers demand is an accurate product (Tiles) with good quality, which ceramic industry is finding it very difficult to meet. Here we present a broad and comprehensive report on Ceramic Tiles Defect explaining Die design and pressure properties with proper embedded tool. This report is intended to formalize the procedures used for measuring die hydraulic pressure applies while pressing in to Bisque, It should be used when density difference come in to picture as there is density change from centre to going outer corner side accordance with existing ceramic manufacturing process and assumes that basic background of the manufacturing techniques are familiar to the reader. The present Report will offer an overview of the requirements of die for pressing the Bisque and also Ceramic tiles manufacturing Process
