Abstracts: This problem is related to gear shifting hard in all type of mini tractors which manufactures by Captain Tractors Pvt. Ltd. Reason behind this is the improper sliding of fork and torque transmit through transmission lever. So more work required on transmission lever for shifting the gears and that is not good for any driver. This problem mainly occurred in 2nd and 3rd gear. In this report we recommend some solution of this problem and also try to implement in industry.
